H.E. Mr. Didier Reynders, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign and European Affairs, and of Defense, will pay an official visit to Turkey upon the invitation of H.E. Mr. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, on 22-23 April 2019.

During the meetings, bilateral relations between Turkey and Belgium, Turkey’s EU accession process, issues on the Council of Europe as well as current regional and international developments will be discussed.

Within the framework of the visit, Deputy Prime Minister Reynders will also have meetings at the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. He is also expected to be received by the President of the Republic of Turkey.
