No: 138, 16 July 2026, Regarding the Traffic Accident That Occurred During the Arbaeen Procession in Iraq

We have learned with sorrow that as a result of a traffic accident, which occurred today (July 16) in Iraq’s Basra Governorate, several people walking to Karbala for Arbaeen lost their lives, while many others were injured.

We wish Allah’s mercy upon those who lost their lives in the accident, extend our condolences to their families, and wish a speedy recovery to the injured.
